- Neville Wiggins Added August 09, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited the Queenstown library last Thursday 3 December 2015 and was very excited about having a look around and interacting with library staff, having a mutual interest of being a librarian. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer focus and attention. The staff manning the desk could not have been bothered greeting, responding or interacting with me as a customer who walked in the entrance of their library. They appeared too busy focusing on their Xmas headwear attire and talking with each other to even respond to my good morning. What a disappointing and sad visit to a library.
